Thai Technical Nonwoven Co., Ltd.
was established in 1989 (formerly known as Song Ray Nonwoven Co.,
Ltd.) that manufactures needle punched nonwoven fabric
products in Thailand. The company started supplying mostly to
the shoe industries and leather products industries in Thailand and
then continued to provide varieties of nonwoven fabrics to other
industries: including furniture industry, upholstery industry,
filtration purposes, PVC/PU coating industry, auto industry, civil
engineering industry.

Thailand The factory have a total full capacity of more than
4,000 tons per annum or over 1,000,000 square meters of production
with a 250 ton excess recycled short staple fiber raw
material. The factory is capable of producing needle-punched
nonwoven fabric. These fabrics are created by mechanically orienting
and interlocking of fibers of a carded web. This mechanical
interlocking is achieved with thousands of barbed felting needles
repeatedly passing into and out of the web. The production processes
of nonwovens can be described as taking place in three stages
namely; Web Formation, Web Bonding, and Finishing Treatments. |
