We produce nonwoven textile that has a variety of properties and
colour. It can be used as components for shoes such as
shoe shaping (Chemical Sheet), shoe lining (Cosmo and Nonwoven
Soft) and shoe backing (Insole Board).
Bag industry
Our products are also used in bags for shaping purposes by using
our Insole board or chemical sheet. PVC/PU Backing Our product
(Nonwoven soft) can be used as a backing part of PVC and PU that
makes the synthetic leather. With a variety of thicknesses and
colours, so it would be the best choice for the synthetic

 Furniture
production or upholstery industries are using our products as
backing component for the sofa, couches, corner sets, and
others. Our products are also used for curtains (Cosmo) and
bedding (Cosmo) products. |

Filtration Media: Nonwoven filters for industrial uses |

Our latest development is the nonwoven fabric for filtration
media or filter products. They are needle-punched nonwoven
fabric from Polyester fiber, Polypropylene fiber, Nomex fiber,
Ryton fiber, etc. specifically made for filtration used for the
industrial purposes. Some of the products are the filter bags
used in the machinery to keep the dusts or small particles in
the bag. Our filters are also suited for automobiles to filter
the impurities present in the fuel of the vehicle to prevent the
wear of injectors, carburetor, valves, etc. These filters are
also designed to protect the cooling system of engines
(industrial vehicles), especially radiators and water pumps to
prevent the forming of oxides, slush and lime scale deposits in
the cooling circuit. |

Recycled Short Staple Fiber Products: Polyester

 We
started producing recycled Polyester short staple fiber in the
year 2000. Currently, we produce two types of recycled fiber:
the normal recycled polyester fiber and the siliconized recycled
polyester fiber. Normal recycled polyester fiber are widely used
in nonwoven padding products or wadding products, needle-punched
nonwoven fabrics, bedding and comforters products. The
siliconized recycled fibers are suitable for bedding and
comforters products, as well as the toys-fillings products. |
